Minibus
In 2010, with the help of National Lottery funding, React took delivery of a brand new, specially adapted minibus.
The minibus is able to carry three passengers in normal-sized manual wheelchairs and ten seated or any combination thereof (plus the driver), and has the following features:
- Side step and rear ramp for easy access
- Full height standing room
- All seats fitted with seatbelts
- Fully heated and and air conditioned
- Built in satnav
- Dual left and right foot accelerator pedals
- Switchable manual or automatic transmission
The minibus is available for self-drive hire by disabled people and their organisations at the rates listed below, subject to our appraisal of the driver. Drivers must hold an appropriate licence and be willing to disclose licence and other personal details for insurance purposes.
