Benefits Advice

Much of our advice work concerns benefits. We advise on the range of benefits which clients may be eligible to claim. Our trained advisors can help clients understand the application details and we will complete the forms, if necessary. Using our experience we present the information provided by the applicant in the most appropriate way. The most common benefits we advise on are Attendance Allowance and Disability Living Allowance. If necessary we will support the client in attending a tribunal following any unsuccessful application.

Most of our cases are dealt with in the REACT offices. A private room is always used to ensure confidentiality. At REACT we have very accessible premises that we encourage clients to visit. However, if clients are unable to visit us, it is possible to make a home visit.
