At REACT we understand that that the benefits system can be confusing and sometimes intimidating.  Our trained advisors can provide information and advice on the following range of benefits which clients may be able to claim.

We can also support clients with an appeal or tribunal following an unsuccessful application.

Our trained advisors can help clients understand the application details and we will complete the forms, if necessary. Using our experience we present the information provided by the applicant in the most appropriate way. The most common benefits we advise on are Attendance Allowance and Disability Living Allowance.

Most of our cases are dealt with in the REACT offices. A private room is always used to ensure confidentiality. At REACT we have very accessible premises that we encourage clients to visit. However, if clients are unable to visit us, it is possible to make a home visit.
